Email subscriptions
Email subscriptions use a confirmation flow:- A customer submits their email from the public page or widget flow.
- DuckPost sends a confirmation email.
- The subscriber becomes active after confirmation.
Slack subscriptions
Slack subscriptions use Slack OAuth from the public page. A customer connects a Slack workspace and chooses a channel to receive release notifications.Managing subscribers
From the subscribers table, you can:- Switch between Email and Slack
- Filter by enabled or disabled notifications
- Page through large subscriber lists
- Turn notifications on or off per subscriber
What disabled means
An entry may appear disabled because:- Your team turned notifications off for that subscriber
- Delivery became blocked
- The Slack channel subscription is no longer usable
When notifications are sent
DuckPost sends notifications when a release becomes live and the release has subscriber notifications enabled. That includes:- Immediate publication
- Scheduled publication
- Auto-published release agent jobs
