Who can manage what

  • User accounts handle day-to-day release work
  • Owner accounts manage organization-level settings such as team access, integration settings, and release agent setup

Invite the right teammates

Add owners only where organization-level control is needed. Use standard users for everyday release work.

Review access regularly

Disable or remove accounts that no longer need access.

Secure every owner account

Update passwords when needed and enable MFA in Profile settings.
