# Administration overview

> Manage teammates, profile settings, passwords, and MFA in DuckPost.

DuckPost administration is split between organization access and personal account security.

## Main admin areas

| Area                                                      | What you manage                                                                |

## Who can manage what

* **User** accounts handle day-to-day release work
* **Owner** accounts manage organization-level settings such as team access, integration settings, and release agent setup

## Recommended admin checklist

    Add owners only where organization-level control is needed. Use standard users for everyday release work.

    Disable or remove accounts that no longer need access.
